Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowships

Alexander von Humboldt Fellowships are designed to enable young (under 40) highly qualified scholars resident outside Germany who hold doctorates to carry out research projects of their own choice in Germany. Applications may be submitted for long-term research stays of between 6 and 12 months. Scholars from all nations and all academic disciplines may apply. There are no quotas in respect of either country or academic discipline. Approximately 500 research fellowships are available per annum. Research on Women in Modern Chinese History

Research on Women in Modern Chinese History is an international scholarly journal published every December. The Editorial Board welcomes scholars doing research on women in modern Chinese history to submit the following types of unpublished manuscripts (in Chinese, English or Japanese): articles, scholarly notes, reports on recent trends in scholarship, and book reviews.
