SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MASTERS AND PHD STUDY IN WOMEN'S STUDIES
Scholarships are available for candidates commencing Masters by research and PhD study in Women's Studies at Monash University in 2006.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Candidates must hold a FIRST class honours in their Bachelors degree (or equivalent e.g Masters level qualification with a significant RESEARCH component) to be eligible to apply for a scholarship.
WHAT ARE THE LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS? International applicants must hold a recent IELTS result with a score of 6.5 or above and a minimum score of 6 in eachband.
WHAT DO SCHOLARSHIPS COVER? Scholarships cover both tuition and a living stipend.
WHEN DO APPLICATIONS CLOSE? Applications for the 2006 university scholarship round close on 31 OCTOBER 2005. Late applications will not be accepted.
WHEN ARE RESULTS ANNOUNCED? Successful applicants will be notified in early December 2005 and should normally commence their scholarships between 1 January 2006 and 31 March 2006 (in special circumstances, commencement up to 30 June 2006 can benegotiated).
